This tutorial is here to help you learn about RSS and syndication.
We offer this service to help you spread your listings to multiple real estate websites, with a few simple clicks. This service is provided free as with all REblogg services.
This helps reduce your workload because once you add it to this site, within 72 hours it updates on the syndicated sites.
In order for other websites to receive your list of properties you will need to submit your feed link for that specific website. You only have to do this once per website, after that any modification to your listings will be automatically updated.
Properties will only be syndicated if they have an address.
You can find your feed link by going into My Listings and clicking on "RSS Feeds".
As of this time we support the following website feeds:
Zillow
Trulia
PropSmart
Please note we are in no way associated with these websites. We simply supply you with the option to submit your listings via syndication.
If there are any other feed formats you would like supported, please let us know in the Discussion Boards and we will do our best to promptly add your requested format.
