Exodus to Texas

We are fortunate that Texas is such a large state. Between the exodus from the South, and from the North, we are experiencing a hugh influx of people to the Central Texas, Austin metro area. Our Department of Transportation has estimated an additional 2.5 million people moving to this area in the next 4 to 5 years. This is phenomenal. I did leave out the recent immigration from California as well. Except for the Mexicans coming North, home prices in Central Texas will be a shock for most of you. Looking in counties surrounding Austin, the Austin metro area, a really nice home can be purchased for under $200,000. This price could include acreage as well.
That's where I come into the picture. My office is located in Lockhart, Caldwell County, Texas. We are the last frontier for development in the Austin metro area. We have the best priced real estate in Central Texas right now.
